Is home delivery available in my area?
We have launched home delivery in select locations in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus
and Indianapolis. Our delivery service covers hundreds of ZIP codes and more are coming soon! See if

What is the service fee for a home delivery order?
The service fee is free on your first Curbside Express home delivery order. After the first order, the fee is $12.95.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. for next day delivery. You can place an order up to seven days in advance. Delivery time slots can fill up, so please place your order as early as possible to ensure your desired time is available.
What delivery time slots are available?
Orders are delivered from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in one-hour time slots that you choose at checkout.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment for delivery orders is accepted online at the time of checkout through a credit or debit card.
Your card will be charged when your order leaves our store. VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® are accepted.
There is a secure option to save your card information on the site for future use.
Can I use coupons on my delivery order?
We accept eCoupons for home delivery orders. Paper coupons cannot be accepted at this time.
Are the prices the same as in the store?
Yes, the prices you pay through Curbside Express home delivery match the prices you’d pay in our stores on the same day your order is delivered.
Will I earn fuelperks!® on my Curbside Express delivery order?
Yes, you will earn fuelperks! the same way you would on an in-store purchase. Visit the fuelperks! page for complete information on the fuelperks! program, including restrictions. Please be sure to link your Advantage Card to your account.
If an item I ordered is unavailable, how are substitutions determined? What happens if I am unsatisfied with a substituted product?
When you review your cart, there is a checkbox next to each item that you can use to allow your personal shopper
to choose substitutions. There is a checkbox at the top of the review cart page that will allow substitutions for all
products in your cart. You can also add a note for your personal shopper on this page.
If you have chosen to allow substitutions, our personal shoppers will do their best to find an alternative for any
items that are unavailable. We will contact you by phone to review any substitutions, but if we cannot reach you we will
choose the most appropriate replacement. If you are unsatisfied with any substitutions,
please contact Customer Care at 1-800-553-2324 or 1-866-620-0216 (Indianapolis Customers) for assistance.
Can I give my Personal Shopper special instructions for my order?
Teach our Personal Shoppers to shop your way by adding notes to your order.
On the Review Cart page you have the ability to a note next to any item in your cart.
You can also leave general comments or instructions in the Cart Summary on the Review Cart page.
Who will deliver my order?
You will receive an email from Curbside Express Team when your groceries are on their way to you.

Is gratuity included in my Curbside Express order?
The services provided by your Personal Shopper and delivery driver are part of your Curbside Express experience. Tipping is not required.
How are my groceries kept fresh through the delivery process?
Food safety and quality are our first priorities. Every effort is made throughout the selection and
delivery process to keep your fresh and frozen products at an optimal and safe temperature from our door to yours.
Perishable items are chosen and packed the day of delivery. Our personal shoppers are rigorously trained to
handpick the highest quality, freshest products to fill your order.
Do I need to be home when my groceries are delivered?
Yes, someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If no one answers the door,
the driver will contact you using the phone number associated with your order. If we cannot contact you, the delivery
driver will return the order to the store and you can contact us to reschedule delivery or pickup of your order.
Can alcohol and tobacco be delivered?
No, we do not offer delivery of age restricted items like alcohol or tobacco at this time.
Can the driver bring the order into my home or put away my groceries?
For safety and liability reasons the drivers are not permitted to enter a residence for any reason.
Can I have gift cards delivered?
At this time we cannot deliver gift cards to your home.
You can purchase gift cards on Curbside Express and pick up your order, or you can order
from our Gift Card Gallery and have gift cards shipped to your home or emailed to you.
